A question I often get from people is, “How long do you need to use it per day to have an effect?” Firstly, I always say that for me it's not a matter of "having to" but that I enjoy taking a moment with the harmonizers to center myself. Secondly, it also strongly depends on how you want to use the E-Harmonizers.
Below are some common applications and ways the E-Harmonizers can support you with them.
Aarden
The grounding effect begins almost immediately upon holding it. You can do this at any time of day. It helps to do a grounding exercise to direct your attention there, reducing the chance of distraction. One way to ground yourself is to visualize a line shooting down from your tailbone or feet deep into the earth. Through these lines, you can release all of your negative and heavy energies, allowing them to flow into the earth.

Exercise duration: between 10 and 20 minutes.
Meditate
Using the E-Harmonizers can help clear your mind and bring you peace and balance during a meditation exercise. Holding the harmonizers gives you something to hold onto and provides a focal point for your attention. With repeated practice, your body will increasingly recognize the effect of the harmonizers, allowing you to enter a meditative state more quickly. It is also often reported that the stimulating effect of the E-Harmonizers helps users achieve a deeper meditative state.

Oversimulation / ADHD
Something that nowadays lurks for many on a daily basis. Overstimulation often goes hand in hand with a stress reaction from the body. Whether that is the “fight or flight” mode, a cluttered mind, overload of your sensors, or other physical or mental reactions, it is best to prevent reaching that point. A characteristic of the nervous system is that once it has reached overstimulation, it is difficult to return to a state of rest. Therefore, it is important to learn to be aware of your stress level and to recognize and communicate your boundaries. And to take a moment for yourself before that point is reached. The E-Harmonizers can be very helpful during these moments. They provide a distraction and motivation to reconnect with your body.
You can take them to work and sit somewhere quietly with them. Or go for a walk outside. When you do this in a timely manner, you will lower your body's stress level one or more times a day and you won't reach the point of no return. The beauty is that your body will associate the feeling of the harmonizers in your hands with rest, and you will therefore be much more inclined to take that moment.
In places with many stimuli, it helps to hold them there. The extra grounding effect provides a better shield and anchors you in yourself.

Burnout
When experiencing burnout, it's important to bring the nervous system back into balance and allow the body to rest as much as possible. In addition to taking excellent care of yourself and your body and giving yourself time to recover, it's important to have as much contact with the E-Harmonizers as possible. Many report a feeling of calm and balance in their nervous system. And while holding them, they provide support to the body's processes. Take them with you when you go for a walk and when you take an afternoon nap. Hold them during your morning ritual and at night in bed. As long as it feels good, you can hold the harmonizers indefinitely. I would also recommend incorporating other exercises described here into your day. I personally find movement in flow to be a great exercise:
Moving in flow Put on a 528Hz song (findable on YouTube or Spotify). Hold the E-Harmonizers correctly and close your eyes. Using your entire body, legs, arms, and hands, make intuitive fluid movements in the flow of the energy you feel. Make sure you have some space to move so you can move freely and also turn right or left if you feel like it. The intention here is to minimize control from your head, so you are purely intuitive. And feel the freedom in this. If you feel comfortable doing so, let your voice join in the whole process. The vibrations provide an extra dimension from within. By moving intuitively and also adding sound, you put yourself in the now. And you give your busy brain little chance to regain control. The E-Harmonizers energetically stimulate you in your flow state.
