Does it matter which hand the E-Harmonizers are held in?.
Yes, that makes a difference. The copper harmonizer (KA) always goes in the right hand, and the zinc harmonizer (BA) goes in the left. Many energy teachings state that the body also has a + and a - side. The right half is the + and the left half is the -.

Can I share the E-Harmonizers with my partner/roommate?
In principle, the harmonizers are for personal use. This is because the crystal attunes itself to your personal frequency. If you share the set, you will miss this extra tuning. The general beneficial properties will still be noticeable. Make sure the harmonizers have cooled down from previous use. Holding them under cold water briefly resets the crystals, allowing you to reconnect.

Is it possible that I don't feel much when holding the E-Harmonizers?
My experience has taught me that highly sensitive individuals, in particular, experience many sensations when holding them. However, I often hear from non-highly sensitive people that they experience heart palpitations in their hands or a tingling sensation somewhere in their body. Furthermore, it is recommended to seek out silence in order to notice the subtle changes. Regardless of whether it is perceptible or not, the harmonizers do their work.

Can I stop taking my medication or treatment now that I'm using the E-Harmonizers?
The E-Harmonizers are not a substitute for conventional medicine. They can offer support. For health concerns, consult your doctor or specialist.
Which E-Harmonizers are suitable for me?
The choice of harmonizers depends on your current condition.
If you are healthy and adult, choose the E-Harmonizers (15cm).
If the harmonizers are intended for children or you want to be able to carry the harmonizers more easily, you can for the E-Harmonizers S go.
The E-harmonizers (Light) These are intended for people with fragile health for whom it is recommended to start with the lighter variant. For this group, it is important to first consult your doctor or healthcare provider to confirm if it is safe to use the E-Harmonizers.
