How does the return process work?
The product is unused and will be returned in its original condition and/or packaging.
Custom-ordered products can only be returned in case of a defect.
Products cannot be exchanged.

If the product is delivered in good condition, the buyer is responsible for returning the product and the shipping costs. In that case, 80% of the purchase price will be paid to the buyer.
Should there unfortunately be any issues with the product, and if it falls within the product's warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will also receive a shipping label to affix to the package. You can then drop off the package at your nearest parcel point. In this case, if possible, the defective product will be repaired or a replacement product will be supplied, or the full purchase amount will be paid to the buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days, if agreed upon.
