The product is unused and will be returned in its original condition and\/or packaging.
Custom-ordered products can only be returned in case of a defect.

If the product is delivered in good condition, the buyer is responsible for returning the product and the shipping costs. In that case, 80% of the purchase price will be paid to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should there unfortunately be any issues with the product, and if it falls within the product's warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will also receive a shipping label to affix to the package.
